This is the interior set I use in my superman series. You animate it by lifting off the ceiling and animating from above. It was designed for skyline type view but you can use the lower levels if you want to just turn shadows off the stuff on the upper floor.
Also included is some reporters with little shirts and pants I made for them awhile back.
