I should explain, the first one has an issue and won't work with Play, so I had to recreate the set in full to get it to do both. Thanks to VladimirP99 for helping me test it.
Edit - just noticed, made the window too narrow. You can resize down the small wall under the window to allow you to adjust the windows (just remember the glass is a separate object too).
